Backcountry Creamery is a small, family owned business making small batch, artisan cheese for sale at local Pierce County farmers markets and to restaurants, specialty shops and caterers in the Puget Sound region. We proudly support local, family-owned dairy farms that operate using sustainable farming practices and compassionate animal husbandry. All of our milk comes from pasture raised rBST free cows.
